I teach 18 active, curious, and eager kindergarten students. Almost 40% of my students are ESL/ELL with limited English proficiency. Nearly 20% are recent immigrants to the US. As you can see, vocabulary and language acquisition is a big focus with my students in all subject areas.
I'm always searching for ways to keep my students engaged. They deserve all the hands on opportunities that I can provide to them that will feed their eagerness to learn and motive them to keep learning!
