I teach in a Title I school (most students are on free-reduced lunch), where I have 15 students with Autism, Intellectual disabilities, and language impairments.
My students love technology! I currently have one I pad the students share. I am able to put Apps on the I pad that help my students fine motor skills and engage them in different learning activities. As an educator, I am very passionate about my responsibility of providing my students with opportunities to learn and stay engaged. The I pads will also be used as an incentive when the students finish their class work. This will also motivate them to do their best and finish their class work.
