Flexible seating options will help the students with autistic needs, students who have ADD, as well as those who are undiagnosed foster self-awareness. These students, as well as those who have no apparent physical or social need, will also benefit from this flexibility. Students who fidgit or are restless can get out this excess energy thru controlled movements on specialized seating. Being able to work freely, without restrictions, can and will no doubt build self-esteem and the drive to be successful. I look forward to affording my students the ability to self regulate their leaning and development. Thank you very much.
