Learning should be fun! My students are digital natives but don't know much about how technology works. I'd love to change that! If I had a class set of makey makeys, we could build exciting reinforcements to study cells (a game that would help identify cell parts, for instance). Learn to match vocabulary, via a little coding, the makey makey, and copper tape, or learn more about sound by building instruments. Hands-on learning allows the ideas to come alive and be experienced on a whole new level. So much can be achieved in such a small amount of time.
