If this project is funded, our school will have access to an industrial type laminator. This will help our students by providing them with materials that will last the lifetime of a teacher/classroom. Laminating helps protect learning materials, anchor charts, student-made projects, and bulletin board materials.
Having a working laminator at a school is vital. One way that a laminator is used, that is so important, is through creating visual cues and cards for our Exceptional Children. The visuals vary depending on the need of the child, but can include pictures and words like "stop", "walk", "sit down", and "no hitting".
This laminator will not only help my students but will also help every teacher and student in my school.
