Since we are an alternative campus, things change from day to day. New students come in, finishing students graduate, testing dates come up quickly and opportunities for involvement come and go rapidly. We only have advisory two days out of the week, so getting ideas or events out to the students can be difficult. It's important that we get information out in a consistent manner, to update the students on changes, allow them to express their thoughts or feelings on an activity or participate in surveys so that their voices are heard. Having an Infinity board, will allow us to do just that and so much more. We can highlight student achievements, job/college fairs, fundraising opportunities, theater production tryouts, new teachers, various classes that are offered, careers - the list in endless and I could go on all day! I'm excited at the prospect of what this could do for our school. Our goal this year is to be seen as a alternative campus in a positive light, rather than a preconceived idea of what a campus like ours looks like. Our board will do a great job of highlighting all the fantastic things that go on here!
