My students face many challenges in their community. Their worries are very unlike most of ours...will they eat, have a safe place to stay, a bed to sleep in, and clean clothes to wear. Our Title I school serves 100% free and reduced lunch. With this being said, I want to provide my students a safe, exhilarating environment where they can be successful and know there are no boundaries where their dreams are concerned...not only in first grade but in life. Help me to set the stage for their success...
