The carpet will be used for the students to sit on during read aloud time and whole group instruction. They will feel safe and comfortable and will be able to focus better and learn the skills that they need to without distracting with the bare and unpleasant floors before they get to replace them. They are going to find out that their school was flooded as well and that it is going to take a long time to be rebuild, but this project will make them feel comfortable and on a safe environment where learning and fun will take place.

About my class
