I would like to buy some pillows to go with my theme of Lake Living since all our stories are somehow connected to water. The pillows will allow the students to work comfortably on the floor. This will create a warm, inviting atmosphere where the students are excited to come and learn.
I also need headphones for my students to wear to listen to stories independently. We also are doing Actively learn comprehension quizzes and many of the comprehension skills are videos. The majority of my students do not have their own headphones. These are vital to my curriculum in the classroom.
