I have inherited a Moderate/Severe Autism Special Day Class in poor condition with zero resources. This classroom has not had a stable teacher for about two years, and students are well behind. When I arrived, the shelves and supplies were wiped clean and I blew through my budget purchasing basic supplies the first week. If we are to get ahead, we need a lot of help. I'de like to get technology in the classroom and materials to facilitate communication.
