My students need laptops to improve and practice their reading. We currently only have 3 computers in the classroom and it is not enough to give all the kids a chance to use them. By getting these laptops, more students will get a chance to use the internet to read books and use programs to better their reading. The main purpose of these laptops is allow students to get more computer time and be able to access programs to aide them in improving their reading in a manner that is fun for them. Most of these programs also require headphones in order for them to be able to listen to the necessary instruction.
