I have been slowly adding flexible seating options to my classroom for the last three years. Most seats are costly which only allows me to purchase a few seats each year. I am looking to provide more ball seats for my students to use while working at the tables in my classroom.
Not only will flexible seating offer students a choice in how they learn but it will also meet their physical needs to move or wiggle. Students enjoy to have control and choice in the classroom. Flexible seating like ball and mesh chairs offer them this opportunity in a controlled environment. Students will be able to wiggle and move as needed during the lessons and activities. When students have their physical needs met they are able to focus on learning. Ball seats provide students with this learning opportunity.
