Do you remember playing foursquare as a kid? Well, it has been taken up a notch and now Nine Square in the Air is a favorite new game.
It is important to me that in PE ALL kids are playing and having fun. Also, it is a great opportunity for students to be exposed to different kinds of activities, things they may not get to try anywhere else.
This summer I was lucky enough to attend some training where we learned about all types of new games for students. Nine Square in the Air was one game in particular that really stood out to me. It was something I knew ALL of my students, Kindergarten through 4th grade, could participate in and have fun!
At our school this game will be used in the gym and outside! We could even include it in our Field Day!
I hope you will consider donating to this project that will be used by all students at RES!
