Support Mrs. Bauman's classroom with a gift that fosters learning.
In my k-8 school there is a large population of English learners. In fact, we are lucky enough to have FOUR full-time ESL teachers. I am one of those teachers! I serve two grades: 5th and 6th. While the classroom teacher does an excellent job teaching the material to the English learners, my students ALWAYS need extra support.
My students and I need a few critical supplies to support our small group instruction. Your donation would allow me to set aside space in TWO general education classrooms for my English learners to get the extra help that they need. Easels and chart paper allow me to model and provide examples of anything from grammar to the latest novel that the class is reading. Students can follow along with what I am writing using their white boards. The best part is, I can hang the chart paper around the classroom so that even if I am not present, my students have a reference to look back on to assist them with classwork.
