These materials will make a difference by providing more hands on activities in the classroom. It will also give my students more resources to have access to in order to be successful. With these resources my students will learn to use language appropriately; this includes using complete sentences and spelling words with increasing accuracy such as the english language development writing center. Children just follow the simple directions on each write & wipe activity card to complete and write sentences—learning about parts of speech as they go. My students will also improve in their math skills. Improve their math facts and fluency. I will have hands on activities and visuals to help students in a variety of math concepts such as the magnetic number chart to help students with their number sense and counting by 1s, 5s, and 10s. My students struggle with place value so therefore the place value puzzles and the visual model will help them. The giant magnetic visual models chart and the visualize math write &wipe boards will be perfect for adding, subtracting and finding unknown numbers. When working in small groups i find it helpful to have a wipe board with me to help with my teaching. The magnetic write & wipe boards will be perfect for a tabletop display.
