The classroom essentials that I am requesting already have a home. Being a 3/4 grade combination teacher, I need a flexible easel so I can teach math to a small group of my students in a different area of my classroom than where my whiteboard is.
The students love to sit on the floor when they are reading, and I want to promote that by getting them some pillows to keep them comfortable.
The main thing that I really need for my classroom are the colored book organizers. Currently my books in my bookshelves are in plastic baskets where you can't view any of the books. Did I mention the baskets are all breaking! It's a horrible way to showcase any books, and I feel my students are missing out on reading some classics. Please help this struggling, first year teacher make her classroom special!
