The book sets and reader's theater play sets that I am requesting for my students are needed in my classroom to expose students to a variety of genres and provide them with the books and plays to help develop their love of learning while becoming fluent readers who read For the Love of Reading and Just For Fun.
The donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding of our history and the wonderful and exciting adventures that await them in the world of fiction.
By adding these books to our classroom library students will be able to take charge of their learning by choosing what books they want to read and learning to independently run their own book clubs. This will help foster their love of reading for fun and develop strong classroom friendships. We will use these materials to aid us in the process of becoming life-long readers. As the teacher, I have done extensive research and reading on how important it is to develop their love and confidence of reading in the primary grades. I need your support to make this a reality. Thank you from all the future life long learners and readers!
