Students deserve choice in the classroom. The days of sitting for 7 hours in the same seat are no longer acceptable for some kids today. Students should be able to learn how they feel the most comfortable, whether it be in a comfortable chair, sitting on a carpeted floor, fidgeting in a desk--whatever helps them focus and do their best and feel successful makes me feel happy as their teacher.
With this flexible seating classroom, students will be able to sit in different, non-traditional seating, such as bean bags, Back Jack chairs, or a jellyfish chair or sit in a desk with a Bouncy Band to fidget and move their feet around.
