My students will greatly benefit from receiving a Scholastic News magazine every week, twenty-four issues for the school year! The Weekly News magazine is full of high interest articles that are engaging and relevant for all third graders. Students are able to take the magazine home each week to share with their family, as well as access online resources at a variety of reading levels. Students can improve their reading comprehension using the Weekly News magazine due to the high interest articles, in depth class discussions and correlating writing lessons. Our current curriculum is outdated and not supported by technology. Scholastic Magazines will help my students become better readers and writers!
