Many of my students are beginning to come home to see the damages that have happened to their homes after Hurricane Harvey and many of them are coming home to none of their school supplies and clothes. To many of these parents supplies could be one of the last things on their minds for when their student starts school. With your help I am hoping to have enough supplies to help as many of my students as possible.
My classroom has also taken in water and many of my hands on materials and supplies were on the floor in boxes. I need to get my classroom back in order and ready for school to begin and all the help I get will truly be grateful. My plan is to make my students proud to attend Lucian Adams Elementary when they see how their teachers and donorchoose.org have come together to get them everything they need to be successful in this school year.
