Hello, I'm a fourth grade teacher! My students currently do not have much access to technology, except for two student desktop computers and a computer lab that we visit Weekly. Technology is important in our world today, and it is also engaging for students.
With these computers, my students will participate in teams to build their own projects, all while learning about technology implementation in the classroom. Giving low-income students access to new technology is an investment in their future and allows them to create STEM projects. This will prepare them for their future careers. They will also be able to use them for district required programs that they will be doing every day.
