Hurricane Harvey devastated our science classrooms and labs and completely destroyed most of our science supplies. A safe learning environment is a basic need for all science classrooms. Our district has be so gracious to find us temporary classrooms in portables located on another campus within our district. Our community, students and staff are so grateful to our administration for finding us a new home where our students have the ability to feel safe and learn.
It is our goal to continue to do labs as safely as possible in our current science classrooms. To achieve this goal, we need some basic safety supplies so that our students still have the ability to be exposed to hands-on activities. We need protective safety glasses
a thermoplastic basin, connectors, hoses, and impact goggles.
