Having a real-life butterfly kit will be such an amazing experience for them. They will get to watch the transformation take place right before their eyes. It will also teach them the responsibility of caring for something living and growing. We have a school garden that was made and is maintained by donations only and the work of our students. Being able to watch the process of a caterpillar changing to butterfly and then releasing them into the garden will be a great educational experience. In the past, we have had a butterfly release celebration. The students love it!
