I work with amazing 6th graders! They are so full of energy and deserve the best. Half of my classes are general music and the other half is vocal music. Over 70% of the students here are receiving free or reduced lunch. Many of the students that I have wanted to join band, but band could not afford their own instrument. There was a cut-off for being one of the students to borrow instruments. With all this being said, I want them to not miss out on having a music education that is fun and involves an instrument. Please help me get these students to feel that they can become a musician. They are so worth it!
