These items will be specially used for small group instruction for grades K, 1, 2 and 3 students. These students have been identified as lacking the foundational skills in reading to make them on grade level. Most of the students were impacted by the COVID pandemic allowing for the reading skills not to be developed.
Teachers don't have the resources or time to close gaps in reading, strategists have to help! As a strategist, I am targeting students and trying to assist classroom teachers in closing the reading gaps for students at our school. These items make it fun for students to build those foundational skills.
This project will hit almost ALL Reading Foundational NVACS. Which include RF1.1, RF1.2, RF1.3, RF1.4, RF2.3, and RF2.4.
