These novels will help my students meet the Alabama state standards for Reading and Language Arts in a fun and exciting way. We will use the books to make an engaging environment during our reading time. The use of these novels will introduce my students to a world that they will never know. My students are from lower income places and they do not have access to these types of books, except at school. I want all students to have a love for reading. These novels will allow my students to lose their self in the world of reading. These novels would also give the students a chance to escape the world that they live in.
