Having these materials on hand will make a big difference with my students. I have binders for each student so if they keep earbuds, pencils, stylus, and their math journals in my classroom then they can focus on learning upon entering the room. Not having to search for these items means that students have more time to engage in learning and less time searching for items they may have misplaced in another room.
Students often have organizational deficits which can lead to them often misplacing essential school materials. In my classroom, we also work on organizational skills which are essential as my student mature into young adults.
