These materials I have requested will provide the opportunity for students to practice their Spanish vocabulary in a fun and interactive way. My students work hard learning words and the letter tiles, toys for a play kitchen, and dry erase markers allows my students different ways to practice and use the words they have learned.
When finishing the food unit, one of the centers can include the play food, some bags, and some shopping lists. Each student will have a turn at the center to go shopping for the food on a list. At the end of the unit on how to describe people, one of the centers will include students playing Guess Who in Spanish to practice saying and understanding the target vocabulary.
