Reading the book WONDER with our 5th grade students, we hope that they will see the differences in people and understand that being different is okay. But being kind to everyone is a top job for everyone.
Students will be emerged in the text WONDER where we plan to also compare and contrast the book from the movie! We will be doing this book study with 28, 5th graders. They will be doing this study and we will have discussions daily related to what we have read. We also will be creating a classroom environment where all kids are unique and loved by their peers.
