Our school has begun a new venture called Project LIT. Our Project LIT community consists of several dedicated students and adults who are committed to participating in monthly book club meetings. We need your support in providing our students with the books.
We have embarked upon a national LITeracy movement that uses book clubs and project-based learning to strengthen students' talents while helping them to become better citizens, leaders and readers. Our book clubs will help bring our community together and increase access to high-quality, culturally relevant books both inside and outside of school. This project will help our students become proficient, passionate readers who see the joy and value in reading.
