This class is full of students with a plethora of talents and needs. Diversity is a wonderful thing! We work together as a team to put learning at the center of our focus. Students help one another and share skills to ensure that all students are successful. When someone enters our classroom, we welcome them with the Zulu greeting, "Sawbona" which means I see you and you are important to us.
Within this safe environment, students nurture the desire to become better than when they entered the classroom each day. We work hard to understand concepts that will help us contribute to society in positive ways. Every child can learn and we seek to prove that each day we live but, more importantly, we know that treating each other with respect regardless of our background or personal circumstances will make the world a better place. Being at Greenville Elementary each and every day is wonderful and enriching!
