Currently I teach the 10th grade US History class at Nanakuli High and Intermediate School. My students attend a title 1 school that has 72% of students qualifying for free and reduced lunch. The population is 70% Hawaiian with a drop out rate of 21.2% with only 73% completing high school in 4 years. Although these students face many challenges they are the most respectful and kind students that I have ever met. If you could get to know them, you would love with them too. Thank you for considering supporting their education.
