The calming rug will be used everyday as part of our whole group time. We will discuss the calendar, months of the year, feelings and emotions, and so much more on this rug! Our students have emotional needs that we are trying to improve upon. The rug and Circle Time Learning board will help create a positive classroom community!
The materials we are requesting such as a storage unit and dollhouse furniture will also make a huge difference to allow our students to be more independent in the classroom. Many of our materials needs to be updated because of broken and unsafe pieces. We will slowly try to revamp our classroom by making necessary updates.
