It seems that the harsh cleaning products that we used to combat Covid over the past 18 months have ruined some of our classroom supplies. The great sanitizing efforts we have made to keep our students healthy and safe from viral infection have taken their toll on many of our necessary everyday learning supplies, like whiteboards, iPad chargers, and erasers. Securing supplies like these from the DOE store is possible, but it often takes months of red-tape and filling out forms to acquire, time better spent helping students catch up on what they missed in the disruption of the pandemic. Without basic adequate supplies like whiteboards or iPad chargers, my students can often become frustrated and shut down due to symptoms of their disabilities. They have overcome so many hurdles already, and I'm trying to get them back to the most normal routine as possible, as quickly as possible. I'm hoping that the generous people of the internet can help me do that. Also, I included some less-caustic cleaning products in this donation in hopes that we can keep our things clean and safe without damaging them in the future.
