I was a first year English Language Arts teacher during the 20-21 school year. I was fortunate to be able to piece together a few books for my fledgling classroom library, but I did not have enough books for each of my students to take home. Please help me add to my classroom library so that I can make independent reading part of my curriculum! Getting high interest books in the classroom is key when it comes to getting kids excited about reading! The books I am asking for would reach my students year after year. It is a dream come true to recommend and lend out books to my students. Funding this project would ensure I can reach even more of my students and get them excited about reading!
