Often times, it is the most important details or steps, that are never thought of as such. For instance, the foundation that is laid for the most beautiful homes are never mentioned by the admirer of the home. Learning is like that. All of these materials that have been selected for my students, will help aid them in the present, and next in the future. These materials will allow me to differentiate learning and meet all of their needs in a graceful way. My students will be able to visualize the concepts that are being taught. Whether we are learning about addition, word building, or just being ourselves, these materials and supplies will benefit them. They will make a difference in my classroom, because my young learners are unique. They have a special way of learning, understanding and doing things. I am grateful to teach such a unique bunch of students. I am laying the foundation of learning. I am placing the stepping stones in order, so that one day, my students will be able to do it for themselves, and then the next person.
