Creating a school was never a part of the plan. Designing a school where kids learn, create, grow, and make the world a bit better and more beautiful has been a rewarding experience.
Each day our students begin their day hanging out among the pine trees and bamboo, while socializing and feeling safe among likeminded peers. We strive to create Renaissance thinkers for the digital age. From core classes, to keystone courses our students are given high expectations while being provided with a plethora of resources and support mechanisms.
Our school serves over 600 students in grades 6-8. We are consistently one of the top-performing Title I middle schools in the state each year.
More than half of our students qualify for the free and reduced price lunch program. In the ten years we have been in existence, we have earned an "A" school rating while educating students on the shores of Crooked Lake.
