This project will support the cooking culture piece to complement our Spanish class. Because we are a medical magnet school, our students also learn medical terms in Spanish. Besides learning the language, our students learn the culture through cooking.
Our students need cooking utensils including a food processor, plastic plates and cutlery, knives, cookware, aprons, and dishwasher fluid, to complete our Spanish Culture cooking class. With these items, we will be able to create, taste and share in the Spanish cooking culture. Many of our students have not been taught to cook and create dishes from other cultures. This class is one of its kind and we need Donors Choose to help us.
