Currently, students compete for popular books. Your contribution will put new, diverse books directly into students' hands, nurturing their interests in reading and learning. These books were chosen specifically to appeal to a range of readers, from prolific readers who have read everything in the library in their favorite genre to reluctant readers who struggle to find a book that interests them from beginning to end. These books were chosen to reflect student interests in several genres: graphic novels, which assist in student comprehension; mysteries, which maintain student interest through keeping them in suspense from beginning to end; in sports stories, which allow athletes of all skill levels to experience the highs and lows of athletics and the value of teamwork. These books will make a world of difference to our students.
