The costume pieces that I am requesting for my students will help bring to life their spring dance concert titled, "The Greatest Show on Earth. By putting on a full-scale dance concert, students will gain experience in auditions, casting, rehearsals, choreography, technical design (sound and lighting), production aspects (publicity, programs, costuming, and more)! This project will expose students to careers in dance and help to create a pathway for those interested in careers in the arts. These costumes will improve students' lives by reducing the stress of paying for costumes in order to perform. Costumes will go directly into the hands of my students to help add color and uniformity to several dance routines; which is why I'm requesting Tutu skirts, crop tops, ringmaster costumes, bodysuits, stockings, and a fake mustache to help us create "The Greatest Show on Earth".
