Teaching Badminton exposes my students to a variety principles. In playing Badminton, one learns to work well with others, to be patient and to have good sportsmanship. Because communication is imperative when playing, Badminton offers opportunity to improve social skills and the ability to practice communicating effectively.
When our students learn to play Badminton, they also benefit from improved motor skills such as balance and coordination.
Learning Badminton improves memory and enhances cognitive development. To be successful in Badminton, one must possess the ability to strategize. The fast pace of the sport requires the player to stay engaged and on their toes.
