I work hard to develop rich and engaging for my kiddos so that they can see how powerful learning is. Kindergarten is a magical time for students, but academic expectations have risen so much. We focus on phonemic awareness, phonics, reading comprehension, sight words, writing, and so much more! I am entering my third year of teaching, and I am passionate about improving my instructional practices for early literacy skills. I want to prepare my students as best I can for first grade and their life beyond school. Literacy is the key to my students' future success. Please help me get the resources I need to support my students in becoming strong readers!
