I teach general science to 8th graders in Hartford, CT. Our classroom is a heterogeneous mix of students which allows our diversity in our abilities and culture to shine bright, as my students come from Hartford and over 40 different towns surrounding the city of Hartford.
Our curriculum is based on applying questioning to the concepts being taught, which leads to many hands-on activities/labs and cooperative learning between the students.
