My students learn math through a variety of ways. We may be counting out loud or counting teddy bears. They may write their letters or play a game. They also learn math through stories. One story many children love is "Five Little Monkeys". Many math concepts can be learned through reading this story, including counting, subtractions, one less, and number sense. We read these stories more than once and can focus on a variety of concepts for each reading.
My students need more books about math concepts.
Thank you for considering to donate and helping to enhance our math lessons.
