Having a leveled library, of books leveled A-F, in the classroom will allow my students to choose books at their reading level. Having leveled fiction and nonfiction books accessible to my students will build their confidence and fluency. The leveled books I chose will be labeled with the level making it easier for my students to choose books at their specific level.
These books will be used in our classroom library where students will choose a book, read to self, and write or draw a self reflection. I want my students to become confident in their reading and apply the strategies they are learning in the class.
