I teach 3rd grade at a small innovative school in San Diego. Our school is small, but mighty. Our students come from many different backgrounds and cultures. Our school works very hard with a focus on the Arts. We believe that all students can achieve through many different learning opportunities, including hands-on Math, Science, music, dancing, and art.
In our classroom, we work in partnerships that include collaborative conversations and structured talk. We work hard to express our thinking and ideas.
Each and everyday I am amazed by my students. They are critical thinkers, innovators, inventors, and creative. It is my pleasure to watch them grow throughout the school year.
