Students on the spectrum often times need frequent movement breaks or fidgets while remaining seated.
These rocker chairs will allow my students to remain at their desks and focused on instruction without requiring the movements breaks that take them away from their learning.
Being able to expend some of their endless energy, will also help them to be more calm throughout the day, because they won't be antsy and needing to get up and move as much. Rocking is a common sensory activity that helps to regulate these students and will increase their potential to really absorb information. Overall, I've heard great reviews about these chairs helping students with autism in their learning.
