Students will be able to use these materials to gain hands on experience in a biology lab. Our school team has planned a trip to the Zoo so that students have the opportunity to experience the dogfish shark specimens in a controlled habitat. The goal is to compare the anatomy of the Dogfish Shark to that of the human body. Students are eager to learn how to explore the components of an animal and have asked each quarter when the dissections begin. Students will enter high school with knowledge and understanding of tools and equipment used in a Biology course.

About my class
