Most of my students come from disadvantaged, low-income homes and do not have technology available to them. We are very fortunate in our district to have been provided with one to one iPads in the middle schools. This technology has given us opportunities to incorporate individualized instruction, digitalized formative and summative assessments, interactive class competitions, science simulations and virtual experiments, supplemental multimedia, and much, much more. With iPads comes noise! There is so much more I can incorporate into my lessons if students had the ability to hear what is playing on their iPads. Although I have tried to do some of this without the earbuds or headphones, the noise level is crazy! Please help save our sanity from the noise by providing my students with headphones.
