I created this Ðǿմ«Ã½ project so that all my 4th graders could have their very own recorder. They will learn how to read music as well as coordination. This will also be a starting point to help them continue their music education in band and high school. We take for granted that anyone can buy a recorder but not when your family is trying to get by. For a Title I school, even $5 for a recorder is not a top priority when you have bills and a family to feed. This project would allow all 4th graders to have their own and would carry across to 5th grade as well. Thank you so much for your assistance.
